Any attendee without direct involvement in the club, must nominate a "sponser" to attend the evening. The sponser can be a player, a member, or a person with direct involvement with VTFNC.

The club may request to inspect bags upon entry.

Attendees who do not consent to a bag search will be required to have their bags secured and stored by the club for the duration of the event.

The club accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

The event will operate as a lock-in event for the duration of the function, subject to emergency circumstances and approved sign-out procedures.

Any attendee under the age of 18 must be signed out by a responsible adult before leaving the venue.
